Quick Tight Hip Relief
If you have tight hips and want to loosen them up quick and effective then give this a try:
1. On all fours, hands over shoulders, knees over hips.
2. Start with one leg, extend your leg straight behind you, then raise your leg up and out bringing your knee up and around drawing a circle with your knee until it returns back to the original position.
3. Do this 5-10 times each leg, once per day.
*You should start noticing a difference about day 3 or 4.
