"I want to write an updated review of this place. My first few sessions did not seem promising or go the way I imagined, so I stopped going and also wrote and honest review. He suggested to come back in two weeks to see how I would feel and also to continue my workout routine since there was some improvement. I have been able to workout a lot more WITHOUT severe pain on my neck before and after each workout session.
I returned after two weeks as planned, remember I had already started working out again and doing my normal activities. My pain scaling from a 1-10, was at a 9 that day. I knew I was slightly pushing it and was due for a session so there I was. We did a session and instantly I felt so much better. It's been 2.5 weeks since that last treatment and I have not had any headaches or sever neck pain. I will be going back on the 3rd week.
