Clamshell exercise
Extremely important to ensure low back stability and prevent injuries
1. Lie on side, knees bent and stacked on top of each other.
2. Tighten abdominal muscles.
3. Raise top knee as high as possible without rotating your spine -very important, no rotation!
5-10 reps, 5-10 second holds at top.
